Water

- The sustainable use of the water resource through such initiatives as demonstration catchments and other catchment-related activities
- The creation of public access along, to, in, and over the various water bodies
- Capacity building to facilitate community involvement, particularly of women and young people, in the conservation, development, interpretation and wider management of access, recreational, and other activities associated with the water resource
- The development, implementation, promotion and marketing of water-based facilities
- The development of projects which encourage the engagement and employment of young people and women
- Bringing the water resource into the formal and informal education process
