Licences

The Scottish Borders Council Licensing Board is responsible for issuing:

  • Liquor Licensing
  • Civic Government Licensing: including street traders, market operators, late hours catering, metal dealers, public entertainment, second-hand dealers, indoor sports entertainment, taxi fares
  • Taxi Licences
  • Miscellaneous Licences: such as game dealers, venison dealers, pet shops, cinemas, riding establishments, dog breeding, dog/cat boarding, and for dangerous wild animals.

Unfortunately these forms are unavailable for downloading at present, as we are in the process of updating these forms. They will be available in this section shortly. In the meantime please contact the Licensing Team for assistance.
