Application for grant of a children's certificate

Summary
The holder of a public house licence or a hotel licence or an applicant for the grant, provisional grant or renewal of such
a licence may make application to the licensing board for a children's certificate, in respect of the whole or part of the
premises. A children's certificate allows a person under 14 years of age accompanied by a person of not less than 18 years
to be present in the approved part of licensed premises at any time when the premises are open to the public between eleven
in the morning and eight in the evening for the purpose of the consumption of a meal sold or supplied in the premises.
To apply for a licence the application form can be downloaded, completed and returned with the fee to the Licensing Section.
Occasionally PDF Files do not display correctly.
At some point between downloading the file, your browser opening Adobe Reader, and then displaying the file - it has become
corrupted.
Trying to re-open the PDF does not seem to help.
The following suggestions should help:
- clear your cache (find out how)
or - right click on the file, choose 'save target as' and save the pdf to your desktop. Double click the file to open it
If you are still having problems please contact us and include
- the name of the file
- the link (url) to the file
It also helps to make sure that you have the lastest versions of:
- adobe reader
- your browser software (Safari, FireFox or Internet Explorer)
