Licensing - Liquor
The licensing of hotels, pubs, restaurants etc as well as bingo halls, betting offices and bookmakers is administered by this Authority. Application forms, list of current lodging fees and dates of board meetings can be accessed by following the links below.
There are two geographic divisions, West covers the former Ettrick and Lauderdale and Tweeddale areas, whilst East covers the former Berwickshire and Roxburghshire areas.

Liquor licensing forms:
- Application for finalisation of provisional grant of licence
- Application to alter, reconstruct or extend licenced premises
- Application for grant of a regular extension of permitted hours
- Application for renewal of a liquor licence
- Application for temporary transfer of a licence (new tenant, occupant etc)
- Application for grant of a children's certificate
- Application for permanent transfer of a licence
