All our libraries have a range of equipment and technology available to assist you when using the PCs. 

Do libraries provide classes to learn computer skills?

Courses are available in libraries to teach basic computer skills including Get Clicking, Get Surfing and BBC's First Click.

Free online information resources

Scottish Borders library members can get free access to encyclopaedia, biographies, dictionaries and reference databases.

Do libraries have Wi-Fi access?

Wireless access is available in all Scottish Borders Council libraries except Earlston Library.

Which websites are library members allowed and not allowed to access?

Age specific filtering policies are in place to restrict access to unsuitable website or illegal websites.
