Research and information
Policies contained within the Development Plan must be monitored, reviewed and based on up-to-date information so that they are robust and justifiable. To monitor the Development Plan, a number of key datasets and research projects are managed.
We undertake a number of surveys and audits annually in order to maintain up to date information on things such as:

- housing land supply
- town centre footfall
- vacant retail units
- vacant and derelict land
- village service provision
