Request assistance with collections
We may be able to help with your general waste or recycling bins, or give you bags instead, if you have problems with:
- lack of space in your garden to store bins
- nobody in the household able to get your bins to the collection point due to age, mobility or a disability
This could be on a temporary or long term basis. We assess each situation on an individual basis to find the most suitable solution for householders and our collection crews. We visit your property to identify the best way to deal with your waste based on the space available in your garden, the route to the collection point, as well as gather information on your individual abilities or restrictions.
