Application form for Disabled Persons Rebate
Could I be eligible?
Business properties which are used for the disabled under the Rating (Disabled Persons) Act to provide residential, employment, training or welfare facilities may qualify for a rebate.
How do I apply?
If your property is used to provide accommodation, care, training, or employment to persons who are ill or disabled, complete the application form by downloading it, printing it out, and filling it in.
You should then return it along with any supporting information to your nearest contact centre, or send it direct to Customer Services.
