We are aiming to capitalise on the opportunities brought by the Borders Railway by maximising the potential of business and industrial land at Tweedbank. As part of this work we produced Supplementary Guidance (SG) to guide the restructuring of the industrial estate and have created a Simplified Planning Zone (SPZ) scheme to encourage investment.
We have now published our SG-SPZ, hard copies are also available to view at our Galashiels contact centre and Melrose and Galashiels libraries.
