Blue Badge application forms for individual applicants
Pay and Display and free car parks in the Borders
There are two types of Blue Badge applications:
- new (where you have never had a Blue Badge before)
- renewal (where your existing Blue Badge has or is due to expire)
There are three ways to apply:
- You can call 0300 100 1800 and you will be taken through the application form over the telephone. You will either be asked to visit your nearest contact centre to sign the form and provide any necessary documents, or the form will be sent to you for a signature
- You can visit your nearest contact centre where staff will assist you in completing a form
- You can print off a New Application Form or a Renewal Application Form yourself, complete it and return it to your nearest contact centre
Pay for a Blue Badge
The fee for a Blue Badge is £10.
Photographs
You will need to provide one recent passport style photograph of yourself. Your full name must be written on the back of the photograph.
