Property asset strategy and management
Property and facilities management manages our land and property including common good premises and provides associated facilities management services including:
- land and property acquisitions, sales and leasing
- property refurbishment, extensions and new buildings
- property maintenance and energy management
- building cleaning
- school meals, council events catering and HQ canteen
