Essential Scottish Opera offers a selection of some of the most famous operatic highlights while also introducing works from the wider repertoire. The programme includes much-loved arias from Carmen, Don Giovanni and The Marriage of Figaro alongside pieces by Handel, Rossini and Gilbert and Sullivan.

The four talented young singers performing on this year's tour are: Edel Shannon (Soprano), Julia Riley (Mezzo Soprano), Alexander Grove (Tenor) and Paul Carey Jones (Baritone) with sublime piano accompaniment provided by Iain Shaw.
