Set in Canada at the time of the First World War the award winning Stephen Massicotte play Mary's Wedding is a poetic tale of innocent young love and a story of war. Mary recently arrived from Britain shelters from a rainstorm in a barn where she meets a Canadian regiment soldier, Charlie. Romance blossoms. Mary is played by Veronica Leer (Rab C. Nesbitt, Jonathon Creek, Peak Practice, Taggart and Pulp Video) Charlie is played by Christopher Stevenson (BBC Scotland's - Thomas Cochrane)
