Walk along this section of the Borders Abbeys Way, over Selkirk Common, past Half Crown Corner to Cauldshiels loch and then by Abbotsford to follow the Tweed to Melrose.

Walk along this section of the Borders Abbeys Way, over Selkirk Common, past Half Crown Corner to Cauldshiels loch and then by Abbotsford to follow the Tweed to Melrose. A total distance of 10 miles/16km with a climb of 875ft/270m.  Meet at 10am outside the Tourist Information Centre opposite the Abbey in MELROSE, NT 547343. Free transport will be provided from here to the start of the walk.
