Scottish Borders Council’s Arts Service select companies from Scotland’s National Puppetry Festival, now in its 24th year, to both entertain and delight children in the Borders during the Easter holidays.

When an old witch offers a young beautiful princess the chance to see into her future, she eagerly takes it. But when her fate appears as a ferocious black bull, who takes her on an arduous and testing journey, the Princess wonders whether looking quite so far into the future was such a good idea! A charming adaptation of a traditional Scottish story.
