The 4 Abbeys Bike Challenge is a sponsored event in aid of CHILDREN 1ST. All participants are asked to raise sponsorship and to register in advance. Choose from either the 11 mile family route around Melrose, or the 55 mile challenge which goes between Melrose, Jedburgh, Dryburgh and Kelso.

Participants should register between 9-9:30am at 100 Aker Wood Garden Centre, Melrose, and both routes will begin at 10am. You will be given a map of the route to take with you and directions and first aid will be available.
