This year is the 35th motoring extravaganza held by the Borders Vintage Automobile Club. Apart from the cars, Thirlestane offers the perfect opportunity to stroll around the grounds or take a tour of the castle (at a reduced rate).

There will be also be a craft fair, autojumble and trade stands.

Or why not take the chance of a dream ride for charity? Fancy a run in a vintage Bentley or a Jaguar E-type? Or maybe a Porsche Spyder is your ideal car? The Sporting Bears Motor Club will be at Thirlestane to offer car rides - donations range from £10 - £50 per passenger. All funds raised will go to REACT, a charity which helps families in financial difficulty who have a child with a life-threatening illness.
