Adult Learners Week Events, Peebles Library

Peebles Library is host to many different events during Adult Learners' Week.

Tuesday 23th May

10.00 - 12.00

Education Works - Lorna Pryde will be here to discuss available courses.

12.00 - 3.30

Angela Radley, Bordersworks Development Officer will demontrate her organisation's website and the work they do.

2.00 - 5.00

Careers Scotland - Chris Conway will be available to demonstrate the website.

 

Wednesday 24th May 

1.15, 2.30, 3.45 - 1 Hour sessions

Alison Watson, Help Yourself to Learning tutor, will devote the afternoon to hosting an unmissable workshop "Everything you wanted to know about Internet Shopping but were afraid to ask!"

Learning for All/The Big Plus Project, drop in session with Margaret Smail.

 

Thursday 25th May

1.00 - 4.00

U3A, University of the Third Age - drop in sessions to discuss the many educatioal, creative and leisure activities shared by the members of U3A.

 

Friday 26th May

9.30 - 1.00

Bordersworks drop in sessions.  Angela Radley will be here to demonstrate the organisation's website.
