Think of our walks as a starter pack to your health and well-being. They are designed for people who are seeking a healthier lifestyle and are fun, social events.

They usually last between 30 to 45 minutes and are over easy routes - no long distance hill walking is involved. The walks are free and all you need is a pair of comfortable shoes. So why not join our friendly walk leaders for a stroll and a blether and start to walk your way to health and happiness now!

Please note all children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear suitable clothing - comfortable shoes and warm or weatherproof clothing if the weather is cold or wet. Dogs are allowed if agreed by the group, but must be kept under control and may need to be kept on a lead.

For more information on the walk, call Brian.
