Sam Wade works mainly in brass, copper and stainless steel. He joins individual elements to construct his sculptures.
Movement is essential in his work, which explores the concept of form-through-motion by adding hidden motors to an abstract composition. Whilst his work is wholly contemporary, he continues a tradition begun early last century to combine movement and machinery in an interesting, ever-changing and delightful way. More information will soon be available on this external website. The exhibition is open Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. |
