Village services audit
The village services audit helps monitor the service provision for smaller settlements in the Borders region and ensure their retention and possible enhancement within the longer term.

Interim housing policy
The SPG provides guidance supplementary to the Development Plan on housing and provides the basis for the determination of planning applications for housing.
