Request or Question1. Does your organisation currently provide any funding for Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or other autism early intervention programmes?
2. If it does provide funding can you advise which services provide this eg education, social work, mix of both, part of health service etc?
3. If funding is provided, how many families are you engaged with and what proportion of funding is provided for each family?
4. If you do not currently provide funding, have you previously provided it and if so when did you stop and what was your rationale?
5. If you do not provide funding and have not previously provided it, what is your rationale for not doing so?
Response1. Scottish Borders Council does not provide any funding for Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or other autism early intervention programmes.  The Council does not hold this information and is therefore exempt under Section 17 of FOISA.
2. In view of 1 above there is no funding provided.  Again, as we do not hold this information it is exempt under Section 17 of FOISA.
3. Again, no funding is provided.  As we do not hold this information it is exempt under Section 17 of FOISA.
4. The Council has not previously provided funding.  This is therefore exempt under Section 17 of FOISA as we do not hold any information on this.
5. The Council does not hold any information on why we do not provide funding and as such is exempt under Section 17 of FOISA.
