I, Stuart Marshall residing at 6 Princes Street, Hawick, Roxburghshire, Scotland, TD9 7AY, a member of the Scottish Borders Council, give notice that I have set out below against the appropriate categories my registerable interest, as required in terms of the above Regulations, and I have put 'none' where I have no such interest.

I currently work for local company "Hawick Knitwear" and receive a weekly wage of around £250 after deductions.  I am a knitting supervisor.

I reside at 6 Princes Street, Hawick and currently pay Halifax Building Society Mortgage monthly.

I am a Director on the Border Sport and Leisure Trust.  I am Vice-Chairman of Hawick Common Riding Committee, and hold a Convenorship on one of their Sub-Committees.  I am an organising Member of Hawick Reivers Festival Committee, as well as Chairman of Hawick Volunteer Flood Group.  Member of Mosstroopers, 1514, and Callants Clubs. (All Hawick)
