Biography:

Neil was brought up in Hawick and educated at Hawick High School.  He joined the British Linen Bank in Hawick in 1962 and then worked for the Bank of Scotland when the two merged in 1971 and retired in October 2002.  Moved to West Linton in 1990 after an 8 year period in Ayr.  Interests include golf , curling, gardening and rugby as a spectator.  Neil is married to Doreen and they have a son, David.
