Technical Services - Management Services
Management Services steers and co-ordinates the delivery and improvement of business practice within Technical Services. This comprises:
- stakeholder consultation
- customer care
- communications (internal and external)
- corporate governance
- management of resources
- performance management
- management of information
- policy development
- business planning
- delivery of value for money
- promotion of partnership working
The service provides the focus of liaison with corporate services and other departments in order to deliver corporate business processes, share best practice and monitor delivery of the Council's Single Outcome Agreement.
