What we do:

The Service is an experienced Cleaning Service Team that can provide a quality cleaning service to all commercial, industrial and public buildings

Currently, this comprises:

• 6 secondary schools
• 65 Primary Schools
• 100+ other Council premises
• 7 external premises

The Service’s work includes:

• Daily Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Floor Maintenance
• Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
• In-depth Kitchen Cleaning
• Cleaning Consultancy Management
• Forecourts and Small Parking Areas
• House cleans
• Builders Clean
• Hi Level Cleans
• Oven Cleaning
• One-off cleans
• Signage cleaning

The Service also disposes of confidential waste for:

• All Council Premises
• External contracts

Schools and Council offices are cleaned to an established frequency and specification. The terms of external contracts are set by the client in terms of what is required. There is a specialist cleaning squad which operates a “body fluid” team that is often used by the Social Work department and also has the means to remove graffiti from its own property.
