Principal Role:
The section fulfills two primary functions:
- to provide impartial professional advice to Council Officers & to Elected Members on all property and building matters and to advise on Best Value utilisation of the Council’s Property Assets
- to operate as the Council’s In-House Architectural Practice to design and procure alteration, refurbishment, extension and new build construction works to facilitate the efficient delivery of Council Services
