Summary
This report is intended to inform the Councils and the other bodies which oversee the activities of the partner organisations that form the SCG of the range of activities undertaken.
The Lothians and Borders Strategic Co-ordinating Group is one of eight such groups in Scotland, based on the eight Scottish Police Force areas with responsibility for the co-ordination of emergency planning initiatives and for overseeing the response to major emergencies.
