How to make a complaint
- Visit any local office or by telephoning the service concerned.
- Speak to your councillor.
- Write directly to the service concerned.
- Use the complaint form.
When you make a complaint you will need to give
- Your name, address and a contact telephone number.
- A clear description of your complaint.
- Details of any previous contact with the Council regarding your complaint.
